		<description>Thanks Alison for reminding us not to be perfect! This is SO important, I couldn&#039;t agree more. I know, I used to be a perfectionist and it had a high cost. I remember hearing Tony Robbins say at one of his seminars that perfectionism wasn&#039;t even a standard, because it can never be achieved. I was floored, because here I thought I had such high standards! Ever since I have been practicing embracing beautiful, wonderful imperfections and having fabulous results.</description>
