This week my cousin sent me an email with jokes. Funny emails abound on the internet and they can certainly lighten our day by bringing a smile to our faces.
This one was different. This one brought a guffawing, full-bellied, almost rolling-on-the-floor laugh.
The email was a long list of questions that were obviously from teacher’s tests or exams. Being a former elementary school teacher it brought back memories, I assure you. I’ll share some of the questions and answers with you.
Q. Name one of the early Romans’ greatest achievements.
A. Learning to speak Latin.
Q. How does Romeo’s character develop throughout the play?
A. It doesn’t, it’s just self, self, self, all the way through.
Q. Steve is driving his car. He is traveling at 60 feet/second and the speed limit is 40 mph. Is Steve speeding?
A. He could find out by checking his speedometer.
Q. Name six animals which live specifically in the Arctic.
A. Two polar bears. Three four seals.
The reason I bring this up for my Friday Intention is a bit of a shocker to me. I couldn’t remember the last time I’d actually laughed so hard. I’ve been so serious lately but starting my day off with a laugh made the rest of my day feel so great! What’s more, it was one of the best creative days I’ve had in a while.
So here is this week’s intention:
I attract whole-hearted fun, laughter and creativity into each and every day.
